Life Otto Abt was born in 1903 in Binningen in the Cantons of Switzerland Canton of Basel Country in Switzerland. The son of a doctor, he studied medicine at the University of Basel but broke off his study after two years and focused on his training as a painter at the trade school in Basel . There he came to know the painter Walter Kurt Wiemken and Walter Bodmer , with whom he maintained a lifelong friendship. There followed, starting in 1927, a series of trips to Spain and southern France among other places as well as studying abroad in Paris, where he came into contact with Parisian avante garde painting. Through an examination of the works of Matisse , Picasso , and Salvador Dal Dal as well as his friendship with surrealist painter Serge Brignoni , he developed his own surrealist influenced painting style. In an effort to gain recognition for the modern, abstraction abstract concrete and surrealist painting in Switzerland, Abt and several other painters from Basel founded the anti fascist Gruppe 33 Group 33 . Abt has worked as a salesman and was then employed in the publishing of the Hessian State newspaper. In the Nazi Party he was a local group leader and then, in 1932, a district leader of Darmstadt . Karl Friedrich Abt 1743, Stuttgart 20 November 1783, Bremen was an early German actor . Abt began acting in 1766, mostly in southern and south west Germany. In Biberach an der Riss Biberach , he abducted his wife Felicitas from a reputable family which refused to give her away. She was born in 1746 in Biberach, and gained a reputation as excellent actress and as the first German actress which played the Hamlet . Abt ventured through Saxony and Thuringia , finally opening up a stage in Den Haag with the support of the Court and the high society on 16 October 1772 with the intention to introduce the young German theatre to the Netherlands. He greatly contributed to popularise the German dramatic literature there. On his stage, Abt played the first translations of Christian Felix Wei e s Romeo and Juliet and Gotthold Ephraim Lessing Lessing s Emilia Galotti . After a stay in D sseldorf , the historical recordings find Abt again in 1773, travelling in Leiden where he had built a transportable wooden theatre. Waterloo Station focused on two sisters, both married to policemen, and their adult children starting careers in the police force.
