Murphy s Law , the first in the Molly Murphy series, won the 2001 Agatha Award for Best Novel, and the second in the series Death of Riley , was a finalist for the 2002 Agatha Award for Best Novel. She is the best selling novelist author of the Boyfriend Club , a series of 4 freshmen girls in Alta Mesa High School Arizona Roni, Ginger, Justine and Karen. Quin Harkin is married and the parent of four children. She currently lives in California .
