In it, militiamen undergo Military education and training military training in the Reserves until the drill of the militia is professional. Basically it consists of university level students completing compulsory military service as officers second lieutenant or non commissioned officers sergeant of the reserves, receiving military training in three periods 6 months in the first year, three months the two following years .
