The 1989 Trans Am Series season was the 24th running of the Sports Car Club of America s premier series. The year marked a new era in Trans Am, with American branded automobiles with American V8 engines, regardless of what vehicle was being used. For example, the Buick Somerset came with a three liter V6 at best, but was entered with a V8 in the series. This new American musle revival era would last for eleven seasons, after which the Italian manufacturer Qvale would win the championship. Paul Gentilozzi , who eventually became the owner and lead driver of Rocketsports Racing , initially raced Mustangs but eventually used Jaguar XKR s. These Jaguars would dominate the series in its final years before Trans Am dissolved in 2006, after which Gentilozzi joined the American Le Mans Series grand touring class. The pirate in question did not lose his cutlass if he does so he always had another to use himself. A pirate would very rarely throw more than one cutlass. If Jim was hit by a cutlass thrown at him, or if he touched a pirate, he would 1 up lose a life and start again from the beginning of the screen. However, if he moved out of the way in time, the cutlass would land on the ground, and he would be able to throw it at a pirate of his choosing to kill him. A killed pirate disappeared, thus allowing Jim to pass. At the start of the game, Jim had just escaped the stockade . He was unarmed, and had only one possible exit to the next screen, to the right. The Early fuel evaporator is a device found in some internal combustion engines with carburetor s. It can sometimes be referred to as an Electronic fuel evaporator. The device on a car, commonly referred to as an EFE heater is located between the throttle body of the carburetor and the intake manifold as a gasket and contains a resistance grid that heats the air fuel mixture.
