Because of this, demo coders have often attempted to create new effects whose technical basis cannot be easily figured out by fellow programmers. It is Turkey s first demo party that consists of demo oriented compo competitions . The first party 7d2 has been held in 2002. The name came from the hexadecimal equivalent of 2002, which is 7d2. The following years, this name convention became the unchanging or 1, better told part of these parties. First steps As mentioned above, 7DX was first held in 2002. On 7 November 2010, the first official performance of the F 16 Demo Team of the Hellenic Air Force was made during the Open Days of the HAF at Tanagra Air Base. The aircraft used was the 534 and the pilot was Captain Karachalios. Text Mode Demo Contest TMDC is a semi annual text mode demo computer programming demo competition organized by tAAt ry and held over the internet. The inherent limitations of text mode graphics create unique challenges for demosceners . To help promote the event, a text mode invitation Demo computer programming demo is released ahead of the competition. The competition is held between the 11.11 and the 12.12 every year. One aspect of the Text Mode Demo Competition is the technical limitation of the Text Mode. In early 2008, after TMDC 10, Jari Komppa officially announced he would no longer organize TMDC. Shortly after, some members of the Northern Dragons themselves long time participants of the compo decided, with the agreement of tAAt, to revive the competition.
