About the band the Chinese Zodiac animal Rabbit zodiac Year of the Rabbit is a rock band assembled and fronted by Ken Andrews , formerly of Failure band Failure and ON music ON . After the commercial disappointment of ON, Andrews and ON s touring drum kit drummer Tim Dow formerly of Shiner band Shiner and Season to Risk first recruited Dow s friend Jeff Garber lead guitar background vocals, formerly of National Skyline and Castor band Castor , and Solomon Snyder bass background vocals, formerly of Cupcakes and Dovetail Joint band Dovetail Joint came onboard shortly thereafter. Whereas ON s material had been created mostly by Andrews as a solo project, the harder rocking sound of Year of the Rabbit is much closer to that of his previous band, Failure. Their first release, the 2003 EP Hunted album Hunted , was made available only from CD Baby , the iTunes Store , and the band themselves. It was enough to attract the attention of Elektra Records , who released their Year of the Rabbit album self titled album the following July. A Butterfly joint is a type of Woodworking joints joint used either to hold two or more wooden boards together or to keep two halves of a board that have already started to split from splitting further. They may also be used to stabilize the core of a knothole, preventing it from dropping out over time. A butterfly joint resembles two Dovetail joint dovetails connected at the narrow part. A negative of the hole is cut out of the board the butterfly will be placed in and the butterfly is then fitted, keeping the joint together.
