There is parking capacity for 1,200 vehicles. Brands represented in the outlet include Calvin Klein Calvin Klein Jeans , Next retailer Next Clearance , Marks & Spencer Marks & Spencer Outlet , C&J Clark Clarks , Bench clothing brand Bench , Jaeger clothing retailer Jaeger , Mexx , adidas and Gap clothing Gap . The centre was partially destroyed by fire in October 2004 but was relaunched successfully in August 2005 with a campaign called Ready .
