There is parking capacity for 1,200 vehicles. Brands represented in the outlet include Calvin Klein Calvin Klein Jeans , Next retailer Next Clearance , Marks & Spencer Marks & Spencer Outlet , C&J Clark Clarks , Bench clothing brand Bench , Jaeger clothing retailer Jaeger , Mexx , adidas and Gap clothing Gap . The centre was partially destroyed by fire in October 2004 but was relaunched successfully in August 2005 with a campaign called Ready . In recent times the Outlet has played host to guests such as TV celebrity chef James Martin. They also regularly hold free family fun events during school holidays and at key seasonal times.
