Activities include fishing, picnicking, boating, canoeing, camping and wildlife viewing. Among the wildlife of the park are white tailed deer , bobcat s, and North American River Otter river otter s. There are many birds in the park, including bald eagle s, falcon s, and hawk s, as well as egret s, wood stork s, American White Ibis white ibis , turkey s, and heron s.
