  1. Frontage

Unreferenced stub auto yes date December 2009 about property and real estate the military concept front line Frontage is the full length of a plot of land or a building measured alongside the road on to which the plot or building fronts. This is considered especially important for certain types of commercial and retail real estate, in applying zoning bylaws and property tax. In the case of contiguous buildings individual frontages are usually measured to the middle of any party wall. In the United States, a frontage road is one which runs parallel to a major road or highway, and is intended primarily for local access to and egress from those properties which line it. River frontage and ocean frontage is the length of a plot of land that faces directly onto a river or ocean respectively. The amount of such frontage may affect the value of the plot. The road starts at the Netherlands Dutch border near Zandvliet and goes to Antwerp . There the A12 goes onto the Antwerp ring road R1. Then the road goes via Wilrijk in the direction of Brussels the traffic coming from Ghent takes the A112 via the Jan De Vos Tunnel . From here on, it has frontage road s on both sides. Between Wilrijk and Schelle , the A12 is an Limited access road expressway with major at grade intersection s that contain also the frontage roads. There, from Schelle, it is again a motorway. Then, in Boom, Belgium Boom , a tunnel leads the A12 under the Ruppel river, where the frontage roads take a bridge and then fuse with the motorway itself. Between Breendonk and Meise Sint Brixius Rode , there are again at grade intersections, and then it is again a motorway, until Brussels, where it ends onto the Brussels Ring . There are plans to gradually convert the road into a full motorway. Therefore, exits would be built replacing the two intersections in Meise Westrode Londerzeel and a bridge replacing the intersection near Breendonk. However, in 2010, the intersections are being modernised instead and a frontage road is partially being built in the direction of Brussels. 1. All Bar One

Image ALLBARONE.JPG thumb 250px Holborn , London All Bar One is a pub chain chain of bars in the United Kingdom UK , owned and operated by Mitchells and Butlers plc which was part of the Six Continents group previously Bass beer until 2003. The concept was originally designed by two women who wanted to open a female friendly bar at a time when they found most pubs and bars intimidating places for single women to go and have a drink or something to eat, hence the huge glass frontage, open plan space and bright airy interiors. The first bar was opened in the London Borough of Sutton in 1994 and was a runaway success, paving the way for similar concepts such as Slug and Lettuce pub chain Slug and Lettuce and The Fine Line. In 2012, there are 47 outlets in the UK, mostly based in Central London with one site in Cologne, Germany. A recent multi million pound investment program has updated the bars with a more modern feel whilst still retaining the characteristic wooden floors, bright open spaces and huge glass frontage. The All Bar One chain has been criticised, however, for its lack of character, with each bar looking almost identical. With most branches set around the major cities in the UK, very few retain any local heritage. All Bar One attracts a mature guest base due to its strict 21 policy. There is also an All Bar One in Cologne , Germany , part of the Alex group of Restaurants in Germany. The chain was mentioned in the The Long Blondes song All Bar One Girls , a criticism of the chain s clientele.
