S rgio Estanislau do Amaral 1925 October 18, 1996 was a Brazilian geologist. He became a professor of geology at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of the University of S o Paulo in 1959. After his retirement, he was also professor of geosciences and taught geology , geography , biology and ecology at the Universidade Estadual Paulista J lio de Mesquita Filho Rio Claro . Bakesaurus was an ornithopod dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of China . It is mentioned and pictured in the Chinese book The Dinosaur Egg Fossils in Nanyang, China by Zhou S. 2005 . There is still uncertainty in the scientific community as to whether or not Bakesaurus exists as a valid scientific name, and no specific name has surfaced. Bakesaurus did not appear on the Internet until February 2006, when it was mentioned on the Dinosaur Mailing List by paleontologist Jerry Harris.
