Life Mosenthal attended the Gymnasium school gymnasium in Kassel and the Institute of technology polytechnic school in Karlsruhe . In 1841 he went to Vienna as a private teacher. In 1846 his dramatized folk story Der Hollander Michel was produced as in 1847 was succeeded his three act drama Die Sklavin . Neither of these had any enduring success. In 1849 his poetic drama C cilia von Albano was warmly received by both the public and critics after this he had opportunities at the Burgtheater, and C cilia was published in Budapest in 1851 . His next production, Deborah Budapest, 1849 Presburg, 1875, 6th ed. 1890 , was translated into several languages. In English it became famous under the title of Leah, the Forsaken . The Department of Safeguards is responsible for verifying that nuclear material placed under safeguards is not diverted to nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices and that there is no undeclared nuclear material or activities in non nuclear weapons States party to the NPT. Goldschmidt studied chemistry at the University of Berlin , and then trained as a colorist, a specialist in dyeing textiles. James Paul Goldschmidt 17 December 1874 28 June 1940 was a Germany German jurist who made important contributions to German criminal law and criminal procedure law. Of Ashkenazi Jewish descent, Goldschmidt was a professor at the Humboldt University of Berlin from 1919 until his retirement in 1934 due to racial policy of Nazi Germany . In 1938 he eventually emigrated to the United Kingdom , and later Uruguay , where he died in 1940. His younger brother Hans Walter Goldschmidt , also a jurist, died in 1940 onboard the SS Arandora Star SS Arandora Star . Rudolf Goldschmidt March 19, 1876, Neubukow , Mecklenburg &ndash 1950, London was a German engineer and inventor . Goldschmidt was born in Neubukow and earned an engineering degree in 1878. He spent the following decade working in England with major firms such as Westinghouse. Subsequently he returned to Germany and eventually became a professor at Darmstadt . During this period he developed the high frequency radio telegraph apparatus known as Goldschmidt Alternator, used in the first direct communications link between Germany and the United States , which was inaugurated on June 19, 1914 with a ceremonial exchange of telegrams between Kaiser Wilhelm II and President Woodrow Wilson . During the nineteen twenties, Goldschmidt directed an industrial research lab in Berlin. Here he met Albert Einstein . In 1928, a singer with whom the physicist was acquainted suffered a hearing loss, which misfortune set Einstein to thinking about hearing aids. Soon he had an idea and asked Goldschmidt to help him develop a working model. In due course patent 590783 was issued to Goldschmidt and Einstein on January 10, 1934. In 1934, Goldschmidt emigrated to England. He kept up his correspondence with Einstein until his death in Bournemouth in 1950. Adolph Goldschmidt 15 January 1863 5 January 1944 was a German Jews Jewish German art historian . He was born in Hamburg. After a short business career he devoted himself 1885 to the study of the history of art at the universities of Jena , Kiel , and Leipzig . He took his degree in 1889 with the dissertation L becker Malerei und Plastik bis 1530, the first detailed analysis of the medieval art of northeast Germany. After traveling through Germany, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, England, France, and Italy, on the presentation of his work Der Albanipsalter in Hildesheim und Seine Beziehung zur Symbolischen Kirchenskulptur des 12. Jahrhunderts 1893 , he became Privatdozent at the University of Berlin . His Studien zur Geschichte der S chsischen Skulptur in der Uebergangszeit vom Romanischen zum Gotischen Stil Berlin, 1902 traces the gradual development of German sculpture with reference to the period of its florescence in the thirteenth century.
