  1. Recurrent rotation

Unreferenced stub auto yes date December 2009 Recurrent rotation refers to a group of songs still frequently aired on a contemporary hit radio station even several months or even years after the initial debut. It is also used to describe core songs in other radio format s as well. Most charts have special rules to determine when a song has become recurrent, at which point they are removed from current charts such as the Billboard Hot 100 and placed on special recurrent charts. Recurrent charts tend to be more static, with less week to week changes in popularity, than current charts. 1. Recurrent point

Unreferenced date October 2009 In mathematics , a recurrent point for function f is a point that is in the limit set of the iterated function f . Any neighborhood containing the recurrent point will also contain a countable number of iterates of it as well. Definition Let math X math be a Hausdorff space and math f colon X to X math a function. A point math x in X math is said to be recurrent for math f math if math x in omega x math , i.e. if math x math belongs to its math omega math limit set . This means that for each neighborhood math U math of math x math there exists math n 0 math such that math f n x in U math . The closure of the set of recurrent points of math f math is often denoted math R f math and is called the recurrent set of math f math . Every recurrent point is a nonwandering point , hence if math f math is a homeomorphism and math X math is compact, then math R f math is an invariant subset of the non wandering set of math f math and may be a proper subset . A recurrent neural network for this algorithm consists of some input units, some output units and eventually some hidden units. For a given set of input, target states, the network is trained to settle into a stable activation state with the output units in the target state, based on a given input state clamped on the input units. 1. Recurrent pyogenic cholangitis

Unreferenced date August 2010 Recurrent pyogenic cholangitis a.k.a. cholangiohepatitis is a condition that most commonly affects humans of East Asian origins. It is characterized by recurrent bouts of cholangitis in association with liver intrahepatic gallstone pigment stone s and intrahepatic jaundice biliary obstruction . It is also a common liver disease in cats. Pathogenesis In RPC the gallstones found within the biliary system are calcium bilirubinate stones or pigmented calcium stones. Calcium bilirubinate stones are prevalent in Asia and very rare in Europe and the United States . In addition to the presence of these friable concretions of various shapes and sizes within the biliary tree, the bile is often muddy in consistency and contains numerous fine particles of calcium bilirubinate. This differs greatly from cholesterol stones, which are common in Europe and the United States. Pure cholesterol stones contain 96 cholesterol whereas mixed cholesterol stones contain 71.3 cholesterol. The formation of calcium bilirubinate stones in RPC has been attributed to the high incidence of infection with Escherichia coli in the bile. In humans, the majority of bilirubin is excreted in the bile as bilirubin glucuronide. The term cotton fever was coined in 1975 after the syndrome was recognized in intravenous drug users. However, some sources have attributed the symptoms of cotton fever with simple sepsis occasioned by unsafe and unsanitary drug injection practices. This is borne out by the fact cotton fever occurs in equal spread with all injectable drug users, with various filter materials utilized.
