Hask y is a neighborhood tr Semt semt on the northern side of the Golden Horn in Beyo lu , Istanbul , Turkey . It includes the officially defined neighborhoods tr Mahalle mahalleler of Ke eci Piri, Piri Pa a, and Hal c o lu, and parts of Camiikebir and S tl ce, Istanbul S tl ce . The words has k y mean imperial village and refer to the pavilions and gardens once there belonging to the sultan and his court.
