JamesE. Ferrell has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ferrellgas since 1965, when he assumed leadership from his father, company founder A.C. Ferrell. Since the time he took over, Ferrellgas has grown from a small, independently owned propane company to the nation s second largest propane retailer. An active member of the retail propane industry, Ferrell is a past president of the World LP Gas Association and a former chairman of the Propane Vehicle Council. With Elizabeth J.
