16th Regiment Royal Artillery is a regiment of the Royal Artillery in the British Army . It currently serves in the Anti aircraft warfare air defence role, and is equipped with the Rapier missile . The regiment also operates the counter rocket artillery and mortar system Counter RAM C RAM .
