Orphan date February 2009 Juris Ern treits born 22 July 1953 in Ventspils is a former Latvia Latvian football defender most notable for playing seven seasons with Zvejnieks Liep ja . Biography Ern treits got his first taste of serious level football in 1971 when playing with the reserves squad of Daugava R ga . After military service in the Soviet army he joined FK Venta Ventspils Venta Ventspils with which he spent the 1974 season playing in the Latvian Higher League . Despite the clubs mediocre performance Ern treits was noticed by Zvejnieks Liep ja head coach Afanasijs Pti kins and offered to join the Liep ja club which was playing in the Soviet Second League . For eight years from 1975 to 1982 Ern treits played with Zvejnieks. Ern treits was a solid and reliable defender who cemented the defence not only of the Zvejnieks squad but also of the Latvia national team in the 1979 Spartakiad . For many football fans in Liep ja his decision to leave the club in the spring of 1983 came as a big surprise, but Ern treits considered that he was capable of competing on the top level any more. After football Ern treits wanted to become a sailor , however due to he was not considered reliable enough by the Soviet authorities to be allowed in international waters. During the medieval period it evolved into a law governing international relations and has recently been modified for situations of newly independent states. Application Uti possidetis juris has been applied to in modern history such regions as South America , Africa , Yugoslavia , the Soviet Union , and numerous other regions of where centralized governments were broken up, or where Empire imperial rulers were overthrown.
