    No footnotes date July 2011 Malaye Jaziri lang ku Melay Ciz r , 1570 1640 was a Kurdish people Kurdish writer, poet and mysticism mystic . He was born in Jazira Cizre , the capital of Bohtan Bohtan principality . Here the first school of classical Kurdish poetry in the Kurmanji dialect was established. Malaye Jaziri was the leading representative of this school and, one can add, a fine representative of classical oriental poetry as a whole. His ties to this tradition are expressed through the strong sufi elements and through the concept of love in his poetry. In his universe there are no clear borderlines between human and divine love. Thus the reader is often lead to ask whether it was the love of God or the beautiful Selma said to have been the daughter or the sister of the prince of Jazira which brought fire to the poet s heart . Apart from these traditional oriental elements, Jaziri s poetry is also deeply rooted in romantic patriotism, and the poems he wrote in tribute to the Kurdish princes differ from the poetry written at the courts of the mighty kings in the region.   1. Kurdish Language Academy in Iran

    Establishment Kurdish Language Academy in Iran was established in Tehran in 2002 when the First Conference on Kurdish Language Teaching was held in 2002. More than 150 Iranian Kurdish writers, academicians, linguists and journalists participated in this conference and a dozen of articles on the different aspects of Kurdish language were presented. The conference, though of no governmental support, was conducted by the Cultural Institute of Kurdistan in Tehran and Peyv Literary Community in Saghez . Based on the article fifteen of the Iranian Constitution , Kurdish language is to be taught in the schools of Iranian Kurdistan . However, it has not so far been managed to teach Kurdish in Iranian Kurdistan. The conference emphasized the necessity of the establishment of an academy for Kurdish language. Hence, based on the votes of the participants of the conference the members of the newly established Kurdish Language Academy in Iran were elected. The academy includes Fifteen staff members and five associate members. Objectives Among the major objectives of the Kurdish Language Academy are the development of Kurdish language, paving the way for Kurdish language teaching in Iran in a formal and academic way, and motivating, as well as sponsoring, various attempts to improve and teach Kurdish language all over Iran. Ghassemlou started his university studies in France , and pursued them in Czechoslovakia , where he met his wife Helen Krulich. They had two daughters together, Mina 1953 and Hewa 1955 . He was fluent in 11 languages including his mothertongue.
