He began to hear about these Hispanic Lords and decided to join them. This man was Alexander Akana. And he wanted to change the fucked up system. He renamed the Hispanic Lords to the Latin Eagles in honor of the elite Eagle warriors of ancient Latin America. The Latin Eagles soon after joined the ULB United Latin Brotherhood along with the Latin Disciples and the Latin Kings. The ULB fought along other Hispanics in riots with the police in the later 70 s. As drugs moved in and territory was fought over, the ULB broke up to their separate gangs. A while later, the Folks and People alliances were made. Th Latin Eagles and Latin Disciples joined Folks and the Latin Kings joined People. The gangs no longer fought together but against each other based on their alliances. Alexander set the Eagle s laws based on the Eagle Warrior s laws Always have respect for yourself ...
