Luigi Gatti Lazise , October 7, 1740 11 October, the date generally recorded, was the day of his christening &ndash Salzburg March 1, 1817 was a Classical period music classical composer . He was born in Lazise in 1740, the son of an organist, Francesco della Gatta. He was ordained a priest in Mantua . In the 1780s he became Hofkapellmeister in Salzburg and Leopold Mozart showed his irritation at not receiving it himself. Between 1801 and 1804 Gatti helped and then hindered Mozart s sister, Nannerl Mozart Nannerl to locate unknown pieces by Mozart. He died in Salzburg in 1817. He is famous for writing oratorios, cantatas, sextets and septets. Luigi Ghirri 5 January 1943 1992 was an Italy Italian photographer. Born in Scandiano , Ghirri began taking photographs in 1970, mostly working in a milieu of conceptual art ists. From 1983 he focussed primarily on photographing architecture and the Italian landscape. Ghirri also was notable for organising such exhibitions as Iconicitt 1980 , Viaggio in Italia 1984 , and Esplorazioni sull via Emilia 1986 . He worked for the Architectural Section of the third Venice Biennale of Architecture 1985 , which was directed by Aldo Rossi , and the Milan Triennale 1988 . He was a native of Milan , born in 1815, and a member of the Academy there. His works, which were chiefly genre scenes or genre painting scenes from Italian domestic life , won considerable popularity beyond his native country. He came to England in 1860, and lived there for five years he painted an episode in the Revolutions of 1848 in the Italian states Revolution of 1848 at Milan to the 1862 Exhibition, and also occasionally exhibited at the Royal Academy between 1864 and 1871. He died at Milan, after a short illness, on January 7, 1876.
