He was also Constable of France from 1138 to 1160 under Louis VII of France Louis VII . He was the eldest son of Bouchard IV de Montmorency and Agnes de Beaumont sur Oise, lady of Conflans Sainte Honorine. In 1126 he married Alice FitzRoy , illegitimate daughter of King Henry I of England , and had the following issue Henry, died young before 1160 Bouchard V de Montmorency d. 1189 in Jerusalem , who married in 1173 Laurette of Hainaut d. 9 August 1181 , daughter of Count Baldwin IV of Hainaut . They had a son Matthieu II de Montmorency , nicknamed the Great. Theobald de Montmorency, seigneur de Marly, he went on crusade in 1173. He ended his life as a monk of Citeaux in 1190. The Morres , later de Montmorency Baronetcy , of Upper Wood in the County of Kilkenny, was created in the Baronetage of Ireland on 24 April 1758 for Sir William Morres, 1st Baronet William Morres , who represented Kilkenny County Parliament of Ireland constituency Kilkenny and Newtownards Parliament of Ireland constituency Newtownards in the Irish House of Commons . He was the grandson of Hervey Morres , younger son of the second Baronet of the 1631 creation, as well as the brother of Hervey Morres, 1st Viscount Mountmorres and the uncle of Lodge de Montmorency, 1st Viscount Frankfort de Montmorency .
