The park is managed by Bratislava City Forests, a non profit organization. The park covers an area of 27.3 km 10.54 mi , of which 96 is covered with forests the rest consists of meadows, water and built up areas. The park contains an abundance of wildlife and flora and fauna such as Grass Snake grass snake s, Stone Crayfish stone crayfish , Eurasian Badger European badger s, Red Fox red fox es, mouflon s, Acer campestre field maple , and elderberry .
