It was built in 1871 1872 and is a rectangular two story building with four, three story towers, one on each corner.   1. O-We-Go

    The O We Go was an United States American cyclecar manufactured in 1914. The tandem seat automobile sold for 385 it was built in Owego village , New York Owego, New York . At least one car is still known to survive. Production of the O We Go began in 1914 amid great expectations for success. It was not to be. Due to the reduction in the cost of Ford s Model T, as well as the general dissatisfaction with light cyclecars, the fad ceased as quickly as it started, and the company entered into voluntary bankruptcy. In 1916, C.B. Hatfield, Jr. reconfigured the O We Go and sold it in kit form which could be purchased complete, or piece by piece under the name Tribune. The Boston Ten Townships refers to an area of span style white space nowrap 230,400  acres  932  km span in Tioga County, New York Tioga County and Broome County, New York Broome County , New York State , between the Chenango River to Chenango Forks, New York Chenango Forks and Tioughnioga River east boundary and the west branch of Owego Creek west boundary , from the Susquehanna River about twenty five miles northwards it includes the northern half of the town of Owego town , New York Owego and the towns of Newark Valley town , New York Newark Valley , Berkshire, New York Berkshire , and Richford, New York Richford in Tioga County, New York Tioga County , and a portion of the Broome County, New York Broome County towns of Lisle town , New York Lisle , Nanticoke, New York Nanticoke and Maine, New York Maine east of these. It is bounded on the west by the Watkins and Flint Purchase and a small portion of the original Chemung County, and on the north by the Central New York Military Tract present day Cortland County, New York Cortland County . The boundary between Tioga County, New York Tioga County and Broome County, New York Broome County is very irregular. It is part of the Indian lands in New York State awarded to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by the Treaty of Hartford of 1786, and was subsequently purchased in the same year by a company of Boston investors originally 11, later 60 named the Boston Purchase Company. One of the investors, Colonel Avid Pixley, came to the area to negotiate with the native inhabitants for the land rights.
