When both brothers were at University they founded RU Sorted magazine, a clubbing and entertainments magazine for South Wales. In 2000, the brothers won the Welsh Media & Communications Company of the Year and it was awarded the Shell Livewire Significant Progress Award in 2001. Ru Sorted however was not generating the income that the brothers desired so Fed Pereira went to work as a Sales Executive at http www.walesonline.co.uk Western Mail & Echo and Ed Pereira started freelancing. In 2003 Fed Pereira left the Western Mail & Echo and joined his brother in publishing Enterprise magazine, a national business magazine for Wales.
