Richard Green c. 1937 1 July 1983 was a boxing Referee boxing referee . Background Green was a native of Louisiana and a Golden Gloves boxer in the 1960s. Career as Referee Green was the referee for the World Boxing Association WBA Lightweight Title fight between Ray Mancini and Duk Koo Kim on November 13, 1982, the fight where Kim lost his life at age 23.
