    The Commander Regional Forces CRF was a senior British Army officer who had command over the Regenerative Divisions of the British Army i.e. those divisions that are not on full strength and would only be mobilised in a national emergency. The post was held by a Lieutenant General United Kingdom Lieutenant General and was based at Commander Land Forces HQ Land Forces . The post holder was also Inspector General of the Territorial Army United Kingdom Territorial Army . AT&T was the United States antitrust law antitrust case in the United States that led to the 1984 Bell System divestiture , the breakup of the old American Telephone & Telegraph into the new, seven regional Bell operating companies RBOC s and the much smaller new AT&T. In the 1970s, the Federal Communications Commission suspected that the American Telephone & Telegraph Company was using monopoly profit s from its Western Electric subsidiary to Cross subsidization subsidize the costs of its network, which was contrary to U.S. antitrust law. Greene of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia , on his first day on the bench, took over the case.
