SouthEastEngland Councils SEEC is an association of council leaders form the SouthEastEngland region of England . It was established following the abilition of the SouthEastEngland Regional Assembly in March 2009. Partnership Board The SouthEastEngland Partnership Board SEEPB is an body made up of representatives from the SouthEastEngland Development Agency and SouthEastEngland Councils. It was responsible for commissioning, signing off and delivering the Regional Strategy for the SouthEastEngland region of the United Kingdom . The Strategy will bring together the SouthEast Plan and the Regional Economic Strategy.
