He called such a framework the cognition, and called the Universe Cognition pair the Unicogse. Theory of the Unicogse The theory of the Unicogse provides a way to assign measurable means to the foundations of cognition information and truth. Information plays the same role in the Cognition as matter plays in the universe. Truth plays the same role in the Cognition as energy plays in the universe.
