With Muirhead, Adams won three gold medals at the World Junior Championships , winning in 2008, 2009 and 2011. Adams also won a gold medal at the 2011 Winter Universiade , playing second for Anna Sloan . After her junior career, Adams stayed with the Muirhead rink, except for the 2011 Capital One World Women s Curling Championship when she played second for Sloan. They finished 9th. She won a gold medal at the 2011 European Curling Championships with Muirhead, and played with Muirhead at the 2012 Ford World Women s Curling Championship .
