File Rosa camuna R2 3 Carpene Sellero Foto Luca Giarelli .jpg 300px thumb The Ilkley Moor design is similar to the Camunian rose of Sellero , Italy The Swastika Stone is a stone adorned with a Swastika located on the Woodhouse Crag, on the Northern edge of Ilkley Moor in West Yorkshire . The design has a double outline with five curved arms enclosing several so called cup marks, the like of which can be found on other stones nearby. The design is unique in the British Isles, so its close similarity to Camunian rose designs in Italy have led some to theorize that the two are connected. In fact, the troops stationed in Ilkley during Roman occupation were recruited from the Celtic Lingones. This tribe was native to Gaul, but in around 400 BCE, some migrated across the Alps to the Adriatic coast. Some believe the Ilkley Lingones were recruited from here rather than from Gaul. It is possible that the Italian Lingones passed through the Valcamonica region at some point, took on the swastika designs they found as part of their tribal symbolism, and carved it on the nearby moor when stationed in Ilkley. ref cite title Verbeia url http knol.google.com k verbeia first Gyrus date 1 September 2009 accessdate 23 January 2011 ref UK children s author Terry Deary has suggested the carving depicts a boomerang . ref cite news title Boomerangs a British invention url http news.bbc.co.uk 1 hi sci tech 3700483.stm ... 9 June 2009 ref See also Fylfot Swastika Germanic Germanic pre Christian use of the swastika Western use of the Swastika in the early 20th century Camunian rose References reflist External links http www.aenigmatis.com prehistoric sites england england 3.htm The Swastika Stone Category Ancient Britain Category Archaeological sites in West Yorkshire Category Swastika Category Petroglyphs UK archaeology ...   more details

Swastika Night was a Left Book Club selection in 1940. The novel is based on Adolf Hitler s claim that Nazism would create a Thousand Year Reich . Despite its similarity to an alternate history novel, the book, written prior to World War II , was not an alternate history but rather a plausible future history , which did not come true. Plot summary The novel takes place seven hundred years after Nazism achieved power, by which time Adolf Hitler is worshipped as a god. Though no major character is a woman, the story concentrates on the oppression of women, portraying the Nazis as homosexual misogynists . Christians are marginalized, Jews eliminated, and women disenfranchised deprived of all rights. Germany and Japan won the Twenty Years War analogous to World War II , the time it took the Nazis to subdue the Soviet Union . The protagonist is an Englishman named Alfred on a German pilgrimage. In Europe, the English are loathed because they were the last opponents of Nazi Germany in the war. The story correctly postulates the air power s importance in war. One of the religious sites Alfred was to visit was the Sacred Airplane , which, according to long established dogma, Hitler piloted on a mission to Moscow, thus achieving victory ... passes the truth about Nazi history to his surviving son. 1. Zodiac and Swastika

Zodiac and Swastika is a book by Wilhelm Wulff . Originally published 1968 in Germany by Bertelsmann Sachbuchverlag as Tierkreis und Hakenkreuz Als Astrologe an Himmlers Hof , it was released in 1973 in the USA by Coward, McCann & Geoghegan and in the United Kingdom by Arthur Barker Limited of London. The exact English title is Zodiac and Swastika Astrologer to Himmler s Court or Zodiac and Swastika How Astrology Guided Hitler s Germany . Fact date July 2007 someone plz sort that out The English edition also has a foreword by Walter Laqueur . Apparently, this book is the most important source for Heinrich Himmler s interest in astrology . Nicholas Goodrick Clarke takes it as evidence that Wulff was consulted by Himmler in the last weeks of the war The Occult Roots of Nazism , p.165 . However, Goodrick Clarke does not deal with Wulff s claim that as early as 1943 he got the assignment to locate Benito Mussolini , who had disappeared after being ousted from power. Wulff claims that Arthur Nebe and Walter Schellenberg had assigned him various astrological tasks. He also mentions that they had used pendulum dowsing dowsers like Ludwig Straniak for similar purposes. At least one other book also makes allegation that a pendulum dowser called Dr. Wilhelm Gutberlet had been one of Aolf Hitler s closest friends. ref Peter Levenda , Unholy Alliance ref ref http www.thebirdman.org Index NetLoss Irving Irving OcculticAspectsOfWW2 Levenda.html Occultic Aspects of WW2 Four Excerpts from Peter Levenda s Unholy Alliance ref These claims, however, strongly appear to be just another example of the modern mythology of Nazi occultism .
