The Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority also owns and maintains other land in Sydney, including the Rozelle classification yard Marshalling Yard s and White Bay Power Station, New South Wales White Bay Power Station . Some of this land is not waterfront land, and it is quite a quirk of SHFA s history that it is the owner of this land. In previous years, land ownership included the suburbs of Pyrmont, New South Wales Pyrmont and Ultimo, New South Wales Ultimo , but these have since been redeveloped and sold to the private sector.
