Theo Cowan born 1 July 1992 in Bristol is a British actor. Theo is best known for his semi regular role on BBC Doctors playing the part of Steven O Connell. Theodorus Theo Bitter December 16 1916 February 13 1994 in The Hague was a Dutch graphic artist, painter and draftsman. He also made monumental art, designed textiles and illustrated books. Bitter was educated at the Royal Academy of Arts in the Hague . From 1946 1960 he taught at the same academy. He worked in The Hague, Oslo and Lecce .
