Toba Inlet is one of the lesser, but still principal, fjords inlets of the British Columbia Coast . It is fourth in the series north from the 49th parallel north 49th parallel which begins with Burrard Inlet , which is the harbour for the city of Vancouver, British Columbia Vancouver . Between it and Jervis Inlet to its east, however, there is a freshwater fjord, Powell Lake , which has been augmented by a small hydro project to supply power to the large pulp mill at Powell River, British Columbia Powell River , the principal town of the Malaspina Peninsula of the upper Sunshine Coast, British Columbia Sunshine Coast . Toba Inlet is relatively short in comparison to the other major coastal inlets, being only about convert 2.5 km mi in average width and 35 km from the mouth of the powerful but short Toba River British Columbia Toba River to the inlet s mouth at the junctions of Pryce Channel and Homfray Channel at the north tip of East Redonda Island . Overview Typical instances of this legend include If someone dies during an exam, all the other students present pass. If a University or, in some versions, a University s library burns down or is otherwise destroyed, all current students immediately graduate with upper second class honours. If a student commits suicide, their roommate s automatically receive A s for all their classes that semester. Since such events are very rare, there is little in the way of evidence to suggest the truth or falsity of these statements. The BBC investigated the truth of the first of these statements with regard to school exams most stated that, if an exam does have to be halted due to a disaster of some kind, all students are awarded their predicted grades, possibly with a small bonus. As a prototype of the missile was being prepared for a test flight, it exploded on the launch pad when its Multistage rocket second stage engines ignited prematurely, killing many military personnel, engineers, and technicians working on the project. The official death toll was 78, but estimates are as high as 150, with 120 being the generally accepted figure.
