TomScott born 1947 is a New Zealand cartoon ist, and is regarded by some as one of the best New Zealand cartoonists since the 1970s. Scott has been the regular cartoonist, initially for the New Zealand Listener magazine and then for the The Evening Post New Zealand Evening Post newspaper and its successor the The Dominion Post Wellington Dominion Post , for most of his career. Tom is a satirist and has contributed writings to ... Richard Everett d. July 3, 1682 was a founder of both Springfield, Massachusetts and Dedham, Massachusetts and an ancestor of many notable Americans. Richard Everett immigrated from County Essex, England. On July 15, 1636 he and a party of settlers bought land from Indians on the Connecticut River at Agawan now Springfield, Massachusetts. A month later he was at the first recorded meeting of the proprietors of Contentment, which the Massachusetts General Court later ordered to be called Dedham. ref Everett, Edward Franklin.
