Originally created as a separate side project to Six By Seven , Twelve albums feature a mixture of ambient, instrumental, electronica and heavier, guitar laden tracks. The First Album twelve first album came out of a concept for twelve songs to be released over 6 singles. However, the tracks were released as an album only. The second album, Be Careful What You Don t Wish For , was released after the 2005 break up of Six By Seven and prior to their reunion in early 2007. Dedicated Fell running fell runners attempt to hike all twelve peaks in a single day. Topographically, this range is partnered with the Maumturks range on the other side of the lonely Glen Inagh and the route of Western Way long distance path . Frequent rainfall and steep sided mountains produce an abundance of small trickles and streams which descend into wide bottomed valleys below the Twelve Pins to join larger streams with riffles and pools. The highest point in the Twelve Bens is Benbaun at 729 metres 2,392 ft . They provide excellent walking and climbing opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts. Twelve Stones twelve matzevot or standing stones was a common form of marking a spectacular religious event in the times of Kingdom of Judah biblical Israel before the time of King Josiah bibleverse Deuteronomy 27 1 8 KJV . The stones were specifically placed in a circle in the place where the heads of each tribe stood at the meeting that the twelve tribes of Israel twelve tribes had with Joshua as their leader immediately following the crossing of the Jordan River into their homeland bibleverse Joshua 4 1 11 KJV . This was practiced for a limited period of time in the northern Kingdom of Israel Samaria Kingdom of Israel . It appears to be based upon the prophet Elijah having used using twelve stones to build an altar bibleverse 1Kings 18 30 31 KJV . The stones were from a broken altar that had been built on Mount Carmel before the Solomon s Temple First Temple was erected. Upon the completion of the Temple, offerings on other altars became forbidden. What was unique with Elijah s altar was that God would ignite the offering with fire or lightning from heaven. The timing of this display made it the most spectacular religious event since the Exodus from Egypt . Hence, use of Twelve Stones became a form of marking a spectacular event.
