The demo is actually named Demo 98 and the cover on the right is the original cover that goes with the demo. Featuring only a calm winter nature photo, without the title and the original Crionics logo which they re still using today on their releases. Dariusz Stycze Yanuary made his first appearance on this demo, but left the band later on. He came back to Crionics after a couple of years although not as the guitarist , but as the bassist . A year after the band was formed, they recorded five songs. However, this material never saw the light because of its bad production. About six months later after they recorded the songs, the band decided to record a four song Demo 98 . This is that same demo featuring four song of the original five songs they recorded. Because of the poor equipment the material wasn t exactly perfect, but the band decided to promote it anyway. They played a few shows and started looking for a keyboardist that would enhance their sound. Wac aw Borowiec Vac V was the man that quickly became the missing link in their music and the band s music started to sound more interesting and complete at their shows. The campaign was started by Br ndby IF supporters. The campaign culminated in September that year, when supporter groups around Europe decided to sit down and keep quiet for the first half of a game involving their favourite team. The purpose was to show the difference between a standing crowd and a sedentary one. The campaign had little success, although many fans did keep quiet. It appears unlikely the current ban on standing on the terraces will be lifted in the foreseeable future. The Principles of 98 refer to the American political position that individual states could judge the constitutionality of central government laws and decrees, and could refuse to enforce laws deemed unconstitutional. This refusal to enforce unconstitutional laws is generally referred to as nullification , but has also been expressed as interposition , i.e. the states right to interpose between the federal government and the people of the state. The principals were widely promoted in Jeffersonian Democracy . Especially by the Quids , such as John Randolph of Roanoke . The term derives from the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions written in 1798 by James Madison and Thomas Jefferson , respectively. This vocal minority of the traditional US founding fathers believed that if the central government was the exclusive judge of its limitations under the Constitution, then it would eventually overcome those limits and become more and more powerful and authoritarian. They argued that formal limiting devices such as elections and separation of power would not suffice if the government could judge its own case regarding constitutionality. As Jefferson wrote, When all government, domestic and foreign, in little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another, and will become as venal and oppressive ....
