Antoni Wit born February 7, 1944, Krak w is a Poland Polish conducting conductor . He is the current musical director of the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra . Wit graduated from Krak w s State Higher School of Music, studying conducting under Henryk Czyz and composition under Krzysztof Penderecki . He went on to study under Nadia Boulanger in Paris. Wit has conducted the Berlin Philharmonic , Staatskapelle Dresden , the Orchestra dell Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, the Zurich Tonhalle Orchestra and in London the BBC Symphony Orchestra , Philharmonia Orchestra and London Philharmonic Orchestra .
