William McKee , CBE born 1952 is the former chiefexecutive of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. He was born in Belfast , the son of the Margaret and James McKee of Bangor, County Down , Northern Ireland . Citation needed date July 2007 He received a BSc from Queen s University Belfast and an MBA from the University of Ulster . In 2006, McKee was appointed Order of the British Empire Commander of the Order of the British Empire CBE for service to the National Health Service NHS in Northern Ireland. He is married to Ursula and they have two grown up children Catherine and William. The Belfast Trust is the largest Trust in the UK employing 20,000 people with an annual budget in excess of 1 billion. It was established in April 2007 following the merger of six previous Trusts.
