12 Apostles is an independent record label based in London, England and Brooklyn, USA. Founded in 2000 the label is inspired by British dance collective The KLF and genre free record labels of the late 1970s such as Small Wonder Records, Mute and Factory Records. The label specialises in 12 vinyl releases that are distributed by Cargo International in the UK. Releases are available via Rough Trade Records (London), Other Music (New York), Halcyon Records (Brooklyn), and Red Eye Records (Sydney).
