15785 de Villegas (provisional designation: 1993 QO₃) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Eric Walter Elst in Caussols, Alpes-Maritimes, France, on August 18, 1993. It is named after Esteban Manuel de Villegas, a Spanish poet of the 17th century.
