1967 in sports describes the year's events in world sport. European Cup - Celtic win the European Cup Final 2-1 against Internazionale in Lisbon, earning the team the nickname of the Lisbon Lions. The team also won the Scottish League Championship and Scottish Cup, thus becoming the first team to complete a domestic and European Treble.
