ACM AIR CHARTER is a corporate charter airline based in Rheinm nster, Germany, operating out of Baden Airpark and offers a complete portfolio of services in the area of business aviation; Aircraft Management, Charter Services, Line and base Maintenance, as well as Handling at our home base Airport Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden. The diversified fleet of mid-size, heavy and ultra-long-haul jets guarantees maximum flexibility to meet all kinds of individual customer requirements in terms of range, space and service. The FAR-129 Foreign Air Carrier Permit allows unlimited flight operations to and from the USA, including the Visa Waiver Program benefits for passengers on board. Additional Information

In August 2010, CEO (Managing Director) Thomas Minninger reported the airline was the first operator in Germany obtain authorization to operate the Dassault Falcon 7X commercially. There were also several other factors that he mentioned in choosing this aircraft:
