ALaS is, according to Inc. Magazine, one of the fastest growing consulting firms in the United States. It was founded in 2003 by Wesley Archer, Jeff Lathrop and Harjinder Sidhu. The company aims to help large financial services firms minimize risk, improve controls, contain costs and achieve transparency into critical pre- and post-trade processes. ALaS offers strategic and tactical consulting, business process reengineering, business analysis and system integration across all asset classes and functions, including accounting, product control, operations and regulatory reporting.

Growth of Company

The company has grown steadily since its inception. Named as a Small Jewel by the Consulting Magazine, ALaS grew from $18 million in 2008 to $24 million in 2009. ^[1] Also in 2009, the company was ranked 25th among financial services firms by Inc. Magazine on its annual list of America s fastest growing companies. ^[2]
