Een schitterend ongeluk (translated "A Glorious Accident" in English) was a 1993 documentary featuring several prominent scientists and philosophers. Hosted by Wim Kayzer, guests included Daniel Dennett, Freeman Dyson, Stephen Jay Gould, George Page, Oliver Sacks, Rupert Sheldrake, and Stephen Toulmin. It was filmed in the Netherlands by the VPRO and produced by Nellie Kamer.
