Abdul Qadir Nuristani was an Afghan Minister of the Interior during the Republic of Afghanistan.

Abdul Qadir had previously been a Chief of Police noted for his brutality. He replaced minister Faiz Mohammad, a purged Parchamite, in late 1975.^[1]
