History

Aquaria debuted under the name Uirapuru, the Brazilian Portuguese name for the Musician Wren, in 2000, releasing their first EPs Here Comes the Life and Flames of Trinity in 2001. The title track of "Here Comes the Life" and "And Let the Show Begin" would later be included in their debut album under the name Aquaria, Luxaeterna. Between the release of Luxaeterna and Shambala, guitarist Gustavo di Padua joined the group and the band recorded Shambala, including the bonus track "Neo" featuring JAM Project members Ricardo Cruz and Hironobu Kageyama performing entirely Japanese vocals.
