Ariamnes is also a spider genus (Theridiidae)

Ariamnes I (, Ari mn s; lived 4th century BC, ruled 362 330 BC) was satrap of Cappadocia under Persian suzerainty. Son of Datames and father of Ariarathes I and his brother Orophernes (Holophernes), Diodorus tells us that he governed fifty years.
