Astrological Straits is a 2008 album by Zach Hill. It features instrumentation by and collaboration with a vast array of contemporary musicians including Chino Moreno of Deftones, Les Claypool of Primus, Randy Randall and Dean Spunt of No Age, Tyler Pope of LCD Soundsystem and !!!, and Robby Moncrief of the Advantage, among others. Included as a second disc to the album is a 32-minute piece titled "Necromancer" featuring a brief narration by Marnie Stern, followed by an intense free-form jazz duet between Hill on drums and Marco Benevento on piano. It was released on August 4, 2008 on Ipecac Records.
